Do You Wear Bright Colours?

My husband’s doctor commented on the lime green cardigan (aka jumper) that I wore to the appointment. He said that’s the brightest colour he’d ever seen. It wasn’t said in a positive way. He’s noticed other things I’ve worn and liked them. I didn’t have a chance to comment back. It’s strange that he says anything, because time is tight and there’s no personal chitchat.

If you wear bright clothes, do people say anything?

I like bright things, so I’ll keep on wearing them.

After I wrote this, I started thinking about how much lime green I have. 4 coats for various seasons. Two sweaters. A couple of blouses.
I also wear red coats.
Everything is bright because I want to be seen crossing streets. No black or dark coats.

are you a redhead ?... redheads ofte wear greens... altho' red tends to clash with the hair of a redhead..

I wear Bright colours a lot... I have green, pinks, reds.. yellows... as well as dark colours.....rarely ever wear black.. only Navy...black drains an older face of colour...

I love bright colors, at least the ones that suit me (red, hot pink, turquoise are my colors; I look terrible in greens and yellows). Most of my wardrobe, though, is black, navy and beige. I got used to that in our traveling days, when everything had to go with everything else....so everything was black, navy and beige, of course.
Same. I remember when everyone was "having their colors done," to find out what complemented them most. I had dark brown hair, blue eyes and very fair skin and was told I should wear jewel tones just like Jujube's list, ruby, sapphire, turquoise etc. My bests were bright hot pink (fuchsia) and magenta. I still have lots of tops in those colors but the softer pinks probably look better. I'm a blonde now.;)

I like that color!!! 😁

I wear tans, beige, blues, gray, and plaids mostly. I don't like colors too bright on me, but I don't object to other people wearing them. What I would object to more is this, from the OP:

doctor commented on the lime green cardigan (aka jumper) that I wore to the appointment.
I wouldn't be comfortable with a doctor commenting on what someone wears. He's probably just trying to be friendly, but it's not professional.
