Do You Wear Bright Colours?

Bright colors? Yes.

I have two of them in each color and one in dark blue. They are more than two decades old. I wear them from fall to spring. At the moment I wear a polo shirt with wide light blue and white stripes.

Within the next few weeks I'll change to sleeveless women's shirts in the same blue color as above and in green or emerald together with short blue jeans shorts.

I do like a man whose not afraid of Red. In the UK men are terrified of red on the whole... but on the continent men are happy to wear reds, even pinks....

Do you wear the sleeveless women’s shirts because you can’t get the vibrant colours in men’s clothing. I haven’t noticed as many bright colours for men.

My husband’s doctor commented on the lime green cardigan (aka jumper) that I wore to the appointment. He said that’s the brightest colour he’d ever seen. It wasn’t said in a positive way. He’s noticed other things I’ve worn and liked them. I didn’t have a chance to comment back. It’s strange that he says anything, because time is tight and there’s no personal chitchat.

If you wear bright clothes, do people say anything?

I like bright things, so I’ll keep on wearing them.
No, I wish I could but they would wear me!
