I did last night. Our lovely Spring weather has been dispatched by a cold snap and I couldn't drop off to sleep because my feet were cold. never had an electric blanket to warm the bed so it is blankets and socks to keep warm. The quilt has been washed and put away until next Winter.
Almost never. I have, on occasion, in the dead of Texas winter, when Dave has the themostat turned way down, gotten up to put on a pair of socks. Then I usually shuck them in an hour or two.
In addition to my sock story...
When there's snow on the ground, my winter footwear is open back mules, with pile lining......so when i wear these......is when i get odd looks for not wearing socks.
I do have winter boots, and those are only worn, moving snow.
There, i think i'm done.
I tried wearing socks to bed once. I gave myself a pedicure with the soaking and pumice stone. I even put lavender lotion on my feet and then put the socks on so the sheets wouldn't get oily.
They triggered hot flashes and that was the last time I ever tried it.
Yes. I wear them in the winter and sometimes in the summer, also. What I don't do is use any top covers. They make me feel too restricted. So, I wear socks so my feet won't get cold.
