Does any classic country music fans know who this singer is?

I generally put up a new photo for the different seasons of the year as wallpaper for my laptop. I came across this painting and decided to use it for awhile.
Being a fan of classic country music I like seeing it when I turn on my laptop.

I recognized all the stars immediately except for the person 3rd from the right sitting down right in front of Dolly Parton with the brown cowboy hat.
Does anyone know who it is?

Thanks everyone. I wouldn't have guessed that. I'm really not a fan of his. I wish they had included Roy Acuff but I suppose people could go on and on as to who they would have liked to see in the picture.

Good to know. My guess was Hank Jr. because of the sunglasses. He always wears them.
