Does Anyone Else Buy Stamps online?

Does anyone else buy Stamps online? I find it more convenient to purchase my stamps online. There are always long lines at the post office when I go there. The parking lot is always crowded, too, if I want to use the stamp machine in the lobby. So, now I use USPS web site to get stamps. They have gone up too remember-from 47 cents to 49 cents. They charge a small fee to mail you the stamps.

I've never bought them online.

In my area the major grocery chains sell them at the service desk.

In a pinch, I've bought a stamp from the mailman.
Yes, some stores do sell them at the service desk and I've bought them there, too. I never knew you could buy them from the mailman. :)

I always buy books of 'forever' stamps from the post office, during the weekdays, unless it's holiday season, they are not crowded at all. There's a much bigger selection of stamp designs like birds, flowers, vegetables, etc. They also sell them at every convenience store, supermarket or drug store, so I've never had the urge to buy them online. I pay all my bills by regular mail and send out my holiday cards or letters that way too.

I haven't bought stamps ANYWHERE in a long time. I do everything online.
I do much online too Butterfly. I'm trying to get out a bit more and buy from stores, too. The weather has taken a turn for the worse so I'll be inside for a little while.

We all do what works for us. :)

I buy mine at the grocery store. They usually have some in the cash drawer. Don't really use many these days; usually pay bills on line.
Never knew they had them in the cash drawer; that's a new one on me.

I always buy mine at the grocery store, either at the service desk or from the cashier. I will buy two books and they pretty much last a long time, as I do not mail a lot

I didn't mail a lot either. I acquired a few bills thanks to Christmas. Seems a lot of people get them at the grocery store. I'll have to check and see if the grocers I go to sell them.

I buy mine in the supermarket.

Since I pay my bills online, I very rarely need a stamp. But, when I do, I just put the money in the box with the item I'm needing to mail, and the mailman takes care of it for me.

No. I've never purchased stamps online. I pay bills online, but do send out greeting cards to relatives out of town. Our grocery store charges a slight fee for the stamps. I try to buy them at the Post Office in the morning hours when it is not as crowded.

I'm thinking of starting to pay online, too, but often get confused with passwords to other sites. Thinking of getting a little address book especially for passwords.

Yes, the post office here opens at 6 am I believe and it's probably a good time to get stamps as well here.

You can buy electronic mail and attach it to your envelopes. No need for stamps.

At least in Canada you can do that.
I don't know what that is but thanks for your reply.

That's what I do, Ruthanne, a little book to keep track. You should really try the online thing -- I can get all my bills paid in a fraction of the time it takes to open bills, write a check, put in in the envelope with the top of the bill, and find a stamp. Plus, I don't have all that annoying paper. I have only one bill I can't pay online, and that one I pay by phone. I just hate fooling with all that paper and all that, plus I don't have the cost of postage and buying checks. Eversomuch easier and faster.

But (I'm kidding here) paying bills each month is the highlight of my life! LOL

I pay most bills online and the phone, but a couple I've had trouble with getting on the site. I usually buy at grocery store at checkout but have also used USPS online.
