Does anyone else constantly have songs in their heads?

I find that when I am in places where I am alone, like in the shower, walking alone, etc. I have the chorus of a song in my head. It repeats over and over. I've read that if you can't remember the whole song until the end it will just get stuck. Does anyone else experience this or am I just weird?

I hear wonderful songs at times especially when I am sleeping and cant seem to be able to remember the songs. I also hear voices especially during the day but they only say one word at a time. Some times I have wondered if it is my subconsious brain trying to relay messages to me.

I have musical tinnitus. I hear songs, some of which I do not recognize, sometimes people are singing, sometimes a rock song is played by an orchestra. It's quite faint, and each song doesn't last long. I never hear the entire song. Also, it is not continuous throughout the day. It comes and goes through the day. I always notice it, but if I'm busy doing something or reading, it is easy to ignore.

Sometimes it feels that way!

Oh for sure! Since I was just a short little jasper and listening to the old Crosley tube radio, music has always been important to me. I strum away on my lefty guitar and sing 5 days/week so those old songs never leave me. If it's Doris Day, Gene Autry, Johnny Cash, Johnny Horton, Marty Robbins, Buddy Knox and even the original Mississippi Blue Yodeler, Jimmie Rodgers and some of the great songs from Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys. You sure wouldn't me listening to rap with the windows opened at stop signs like the new generation of millennials do around this neck of the woods.

Sometimes, but usually when my mind is too active as I am try trying to fall asleep.
