Does anyone not have a dishwasher?

Aha! Another Mrs. Meyers fan. :D I find it pretty reasonable @$3.99 and it's fun to try all the different fragrances (although I keep coming back to Lemon Verbena). I believe there's a Radish scent too. I've never had such shiny pots and pans as I do with that dishsoap, even compared to using Brillo on them.

Yes, Mrs. Meyers rocks!
The Radish scent wasn't very good though. TJ Maxx had a ton of it as it didn't really sell.
I like the Lemon Verbena, too. My friend buys Basil.

For a long time I thought I would like a dishwasher. I had a large family and was always busy. When I got a dishwasher I figured out my OCD made it more trouble than it was worth. It took too long, then I found myself checking each piece, and rewashing half of the dishes anyway. I'm one of those people that puts everything in it's place as soon as I'm through with it. So if I use a glass or plate, I immediately wash, dry, and put it away.

This cause a few problems for my daughters-in-law. My sons didn't get that not all women were born with OCD. :hide:

Mrs. Meyers fan! :D I have the handsoap too, and once in a while I'll pick up the spray cleaner. That spray cleaner bottle lasts almost forever and you can pour refills of any liquid cleaner into it and use it.

Anyone ever use the laundry detergent? I'm wondering about that.

Yes, I've used the lavender laundry detergent and loved it, and it lasted a long time because it's so concentrated. I'm experimenting now with another commercial no-fragrance brand, but will probably go back to the Mrs. Meyers.

Checking out new products and fragrances at mrsmeyers.com is fun too. Sometimes they have free shipping specials and sales.

I didn't have a dishwasher in most of the apts. I have lived in but only 2. Many years ago and now for the past 4 years. I like to use it but lately have also been washing some dishes by hand. I don't let the dishes and so forth sit in the dishwasher forever after they are clean, I put them away within a day.
