Does anyone use a computer cleaning app?

I have two apps that cleans my computer system. MacCleanse and CleanmyMacX
comparably both apps cleans junk, old data, cookies, unwanted apps, and software. Both apps can remove large and outdated files while CleanmyMaxx has an update software feature and MacCleanse removes duplicate files.

CCleaner has malware and BleachBit cleaner is an open source cleaner for windows.

I use CCleaner occasionally. Deleting cookies can mess up my internet, so I leave them alone, unless I have to from a big problem. Mainly delete unused files. I delete my unwanted/unused programs with control panel.

I use MalwareBytes and CCleaner, free versions of both; they seem to work pretty good.
