Does anyone use LunaPic? I have a question about size.

I just recently started using LunaPic. I noticed when I crop a picture and try to resize it they only tell me how many pixels the photo is and I'd like it in inches. Is there a way to change it to inches?
I'm trying to print out a pattern for embroidering and I need the exact size.
Any help would be much appreciated.
