Does Family Know You’re a SF Member?

When I was on my other forum for 7 years. My hubby knows I am on here off and on. I ditched FB,as it only got worse and with AI soon to control most of it - I left. One daughter has left FB to.
I was on FB for a little while earlier this year, but only for my Animal Crossing page. Even so, I soon grew tired of all the influencing and how much work it was to curate my experience there. I started a new island and a blog instead.

My boyfriend was here for a while, a few years ago, but it wasn't his thing.

My nearest family are second cousins and they could care less what I do. They live in a different state and have their own lives. I did tell my ex sister-in-law, but I don't think she's ever checked this site out.

My husband knows that I’m on several sites and if he had a reason to open my iPad he could logic that I’m here. He has no interest in any of them. That’s good, because it’s my own little sanctuary.

During my annual visits, my kids will see me on the iPad though they have no idea what I’m doing.

No never discussed with family …….if I fall off the perch ( die) the account will just fall to the bottom of the heap anyway, the same way~ if anyone joins and decides it’s not for them.

My family knows I am on a forum for seniors. Some of them asked the name, and I told them. I canceled my FB and Twitter accounts years ago, and I like it here a whole lot more.

My family and friends know I'm a S.F. member. I sometimes refer to ideas and posts discussed here. Of course when members say nice things about family or extended family in response to my posts about them, I share those lovely comments with them. I haven't shared with them how to access the site, however.

Forgot to say:
Son asked if he should notify you guys in case of……..::
Said not sure.
He knows you all important to me

I belong to a lot of forums and fb groups, mirroring my various interests.

I often refer to them in conversation with my kids and hubs when there’s a need. I’ll just say “my senior forum” or “my yorkie group” etc. If they’ve ever stalked me here or anywhere else they’ve not mentioned it, nor do I mind.
