Well for me it only hurts occasionally, mainly because of the gland I had infect back when I was, about 20? And the doctor gave me a local and cut into the gland which was just right up at top of the butt crack.
Well, what I should have done, was within the next 3 years being cored out as they call it. I never did however as obviously medical insurance wasn't available for me at the time. So every so often it kind of gets infected/closed off, swells and then releases and I'm back to normal for another 6 to 9 months.
