Doesn't Anybody Go Out to Eat Anymore?

Bottom line: I can prepare tasty meals faster, healthier and cheaper at home.
Yes! After my daughter and I went out to dinner on Saturday (at a casual burger chain), I could literally taste the sodium in my food (fish and chips basket). I was drinking water and Gatorade for hours afterward.

I think I'm getting more sensitive to sodium as I get older. I never used to notice it, but now I definitely can.

I’m really sensitive to sodium and always have been but the older I get the more it affects me. I can feel it in my veins. It makes me extra thirsty.

Same here. I've also notice how fat-heavy restaurant foods have become, salads included. The dressings are nearly the consistency of mayonnaise, or if a "light" dressing, they're nevertheless almost all oil and very little lemon juice or vinegar.
