Dog flu getting serious

Mostly right now in the Chicago area. On the news tonight, it highly suggests dog owners in that area, to get Fido the flu shot. To be honest, I didn't know the pup could get the flu.

Funny you should mention that Pappy. Just took our dog to the vet. Thought he had something caught in his throat. Vet thoroughly examined him; nothing in his throat but
diagnosed him with some kind of "dog flu". Now he's on antibiotics and isn't "hacking" anymore.

It's worth doing, Pappy. Save him some suffering, right?
