Dog rescued 137 miles from coast of Thailand

It's a miracle that he was spotted and rescued by oil rig workers. He sure looks exhausted. The workers think he may have fallen off a boat.

awwwwww, poor little soul, he looks scared witless and absolutely exhausted, I wonder how long he'd been fighting to keep afloat... Bless those Oil Rig workers..
 
An amazing story for sure......so glad the little guy made it !!

Don't ya wish they could talk ??...........well OK, maybe not....LOL.

Of course I wish he could talk, I'm dying to know how he ended up so far from shore. The workers said the sea was calm, if it had been choppy they would have never seen him. And I doubt he would be alive.

UPDATE = In the news tonight they said the dog was taken to land and given to a rescue group. Hopefully he has a happier future.
 
That's just wonderful~so glad the dog is going to be adopted, too:love_heart:
