In California, a golden retriever was elected mayor of Idyllwild–Pine Cove by a landslide, and a black lab served as mayor of Sunol for 2 terms. I don't remember the breed of the San Fransisco mayor.

Yes, just like Trudeau and his promises, the people of Toronto will have to wake up to the real world. Raising their hands to the heavens isn't the answer. Using their brains is more important but a nurse told me that most people have an IQ below 100 and boy, do I believe that!
