I've read that Dr. Koop started advocating in about 1978 for insurance to get involved here and they would not....guess what I think, it works and would put a lot of drugs and surgeries out of business.
The part of effectiveness of the prolo working needs to be read. No anti inflammatory drugs, no ice and enough treatments are needed for this process to work. The D.O. doing my work in 2016 had me OFF ibuprofen for some months. I hope I can get back to that.
Also, Prolo is cheap, it works and pharma can't get a BIG CHUNK of the action. So they've kept it quiet for years.
