The describes every single city, and many towns in the UK. Drugs are everywhere. Not to mention, the whole English/German dynamic has a..... history.

Having lived in Germany for three years, and knowing Frankfurt fairly well, I'd say I have a great affection for the country/city and the people I knew there.
