Yes, it's determined by the sun and the moon, so it can change by around 4 weeks. It's astronomical, nothing to do with religion.This year Easter is on April 20. In 2016 it was on March 27. Quite a swing if you ask me.

Generally in the UK - though this varies by nation and county, there are 3 school terms -Spring, summer and autumn/winter with a break between them. Ideally these terms would be more or less equal in length, but because Easter is a movable feast this isn't always possible. Schools here will have a spring break, but because of the late Easter, no Easter holiday. This is not much of an issue as Easter is not widely celebrated here, but might be in other counties.
