Well, Dave has certainly outdone himself. He has cooked some delicious meals. We are on our own for breakfast, but he has put some wonderful lunches and dinners on the table. Last night for dinner we had salmon with a lime sweet chili sauce -- sooo good. Tonight was Kung Pao Chicken, better than any restaurant! Bless his heart! We have leftovers for lunch, but he's also great at making scratch meals. Yesterday we had guacamole toast topped with a fried egg. Today, hot dogs, which was fine with me. Variety is the spice of life!
