I used to get one of these cross-shaped cards at Easter from my maternal grandma. They remind me so of her.

Well looks like my birthday and Easter fall on the same day this year. Yes, I do have lots of bunny things in my home. Funny thing, sister sent me a singing telegram at work when I was in my twenties, a singing bunny rabbit. She met my boss to set the whole thing up. They have been married now for about 37 years. She got the golden egg that year!! @Sassycakes, tell your daughter happy birthday from me. I know now of 4 people who share my birthday.

Palm Sunday for the year 2023 is celebrated/ observed on Sunday, April 2nd.
The name Palm Sunday comes from the palm branches the crowd scattered on the ground in front of Jesus as he rode into Jerusalem. Many churches today will celebrate the day with other tree branches (Yew, Willow, Olive, and Box) as many climates are unable to grow the Palm tree.
Palm Sunday which is the Sunday before Easter Sunday and the start of Holy Week for Christians is a feast day commemorating Jesus’s entry into Jerusalem on a Donkey (symbolizing peace versus a horse which symbolized war).
