The Russians have ruled out an explosion as a cause to a plane crash that killed 92 including a military choir. Sabotage hasn't been ruled out though. Plane crashed 70 seconds after take off.

The model plane was a TU-154 built/designed in the 60s and decommissioned for except for military use. This particular plane was built in 1983 and had factory maintenance in 2014. It had three engines and was considered a gas guzzler. Was flying over 200 mph when it crashed.

Certainly back in the days of the USSR Aeroflot was one of the very few airlines that I flew on where the passengers broke out into spontaneous applause once the 'plane landed safely.
