There is a cream called Clobetasol Propionate, USP, 0.05 %. It's a very strong cortisone cream. You may want to ask your doctor about that.

It all depends on what's causing the rashes and what type of rash it is...what has your doctor prescribed already that hasn't kept it at bay?

With the heat of the summer I had a dreadful rash. Red, scaly around my mouth and nose, painful too. But with the cooler weather it went away. I'd tell you to find a good dermatologist.
