Farrow - Any Interesting Recipes?

I’m just looking for something simple in lieu of rice. Gluten or carbs aren’t an issue. This is all about fibre, protein, etc. and I like to make it interesting. I’ve never had it. It’s not salad season so that‘s off the table for now.

Tonight I’m going to try it with toasted walnuts, mushrooms and a bit of feta. Should I add anything else?
 

Decided that I like farrow. The additions weren’t really necessary since the chicken I served had a nippy Portuguese sauce. It’s rather pricey for a grain. Bob’s brand, so will look for it in bulk or other brands.
