Fauci's Funding Flip-Flop and Spin

Didn't Fauci tell Congress that he didn't fund Wuhan? If so, that would seem to be a problem. See NY Post: Anthony Fauci defends US funding coronavirus research at Wuhan lab. This guy tells so many different stories that it's hard to keep up. Whenever I see Fauci pop up in the media to "spin" things, I think of this - makes an appearance, tries to flip and spin and then leaves.

The whole thing seems to have turned into combination game, experiment and bureaucrat fantasy especially with all the numbers or lack there of.

Sometimes I think it's "kill the messenger" in his case but I'm beginning to wonder. I don't follow the news much anymore since it can't be believed mostly, so I just focus on what's under my nose.
