I don't think that I would.

They took genes from an Eel and added them to Salmon
to get it to grow faster.

The FDA said that the only thing they could find different
was the rate of growth.

Of course I would eat it... why not? We do not incorporate the genes of our food into our human genome Mike.. We do not turn into corn.. or we do not grow leaves... or Horns... or hooves.... Are you worried about turning into an eel... or a really BIG person with gills? What exactly is concerning you?
