I'll avoid the crowds tonight but a couple of weeks ago, I had dinner at a local Baja Mexican Restaurant that had the most interesting Margarita Menu including the fresh ingredients (no mixes) even using the brand names.
I had the "El Jaffe" which tasted so clean and fresh, not too sweet, plenty of tequila. They filled the glass to the top with little ice cubes (not crushed or blended). Then they added the tequila, lime liqueur, and fresh lime. It was perfectly clear like water.....but it sure didn't taste like water!
