My original Buoyancy control device (BCD) was too large for me so i sold it to Leisure World. In the mean time I tried a backplate winged BC but it wasn't for me. Next I used a Hollis 200 HD BC that had its own challenges such as weight distribution and face out-of-water BC buoyancy.
Regardless of the experience, I bought a new Hollis 200 HD BC that I am waiting for to continue training. Being slightly depressed the past 2 weeks restricted body movement and created weight gain. Increased medication raised mood level to focus on exercise and stamina. Use it or lose it.
It doesn't take long periods of inactivity before my body loses strength and endurance. This goes to show how short of time I have before everything falls apart.
