Oh great. Now I'll have to surrender ID just to purchase a bottle of rubbing alcohol which is getting expensive by the way.
When I saw tattoos go mainstream in the 1990s I could see that casual acceptance morph into more tattoos, piercings and The Jack A$$ movies, culture & stunts. There was a day if you purposely defaced or mutilated your own body you were considered messed up, now you are considered cool or hip. Even old timers are happy with one or two tats now a covered arm or body is more common by the day. There is no control or restraint. It's simply a do what you want culture. (That might be subconsciously screaming for attention).
And down the road skin grafts and plastic surgery will cost everyone else because dufus's acted on impulse too dumb to think about consequences.
