I was hired on at my job and was the oldest person (65 at the time) out of 15 employees. I was a little worried at first seeing how fast the younger ones could tackle and finish a task. I have the knowledge and skills butknow it takes me much longer than it did even 5 or 10 years ago. It took awhile for me to stop comparing myself to others. Turns out I've been there 2½ years and still going. Luckily I'm the spreadsheet queen. Until they quit using that, I have job security. :bigwink:
