I went to the DA’s office yesterday. I was told by the secretary, or I think she was, that she was told that if I came in asking for my property to tell me to stop coming in. The property will be returned when they no longer need it. I asked her if the case has been litigated and of course I got the usual answer, I have no idea and she wouldn’t check to find out.
