Our Devoted Health has an allowance in their plan for fitness devices or programs, and it covers up to $150 each year. They will cover things like fitness trackers, exercise equipment, and even memberships or apps that are for health and fitness.
Devoted is the first company we have ever had that gave us this kind of an allowance. As well as the Healthy Benefits allowance, and the card for eye care and dental, and OTC products.

I have swelling in my legs with the heart failure, and I discovered a vibration device that you can stand or sit on and it helps activate the lymph glands in your legs as well as strengthens the muscles.
It was $159 on Amazon, plus a $60 discount, so I called Devoted and asked if this device was covered, and she said it was. I just ordered it, and sent in the purchase info to Devoted, so they can reimburse me for the cost.

I am hoping that this can really help with the leg and feet swelling, and you can either sit and use it, stand on it, or even sit on the machine for a full body vibration.

I just wanted to follow up with this and say that Devoted approved the purchase and then they sent me a check for the full amount that i paid for the vibration plate.
That was with my 2024 allowance, so I can still get something this year (up to $150) that is fitness/health related for this year. There is noting that I need right now, and my Silver Sneakers fitness membership is already covered with my advantage plan, so I am not sure what i will use the fitness allowance for this year.
