I used to DEVOUR microwave popcorn. But I can't remember the last time I bought it.
The smell is too strong, and it didn't store well (ater popping) so that encourages eating the entire bag. I still like popcorn, but now I only buy (already popped) bagged popcorn occasionally,

After I found out I needed to go on a gluten free diet I haven't eaten as much in the way of cakes and cookies . The gluten free cookies are so expensive and by the time I make goodies for my hubby I'm to tired or lazy to make my own.
When I do indulge I find that my stomach can't handle the extra fats and sugar.
I still have my ice cream to keep me happy.

No three meals here either. I eat when hungry. I eat a good breakfast and then wing it the rest of the day, A good breakfast holds me until afternoon. I may eat a Lean Cuisine or cheese and crackers. Depends on what is available. Sometimes I want a couple of cookies and milk or half a peanut butter and honey sandwich.

No more beef for me for the past 30 years. I went gluten free 4 years ago and it's working for me, but I do miss croissants and Krispy Cream filled donuts. Spring rolls are another weakness in this weight loss plan. I may be able to have small amounts of these things after my goals are achieved.

I’ve cut out lunch to help keep my weight steady, after a late breakfast I’ll have fruit if I feel hungry, then an evening meal about 6pm, I’ve also stopped eating Toffees and Liquorice, due to sensitive teeth !

I don't get near enough waffles

When single, it was me and a freezer full of EGGO

Now? A bin full of oatmeal

I may bring this to my lady's attention

Been awhile
Dang, Gary, I'm making low gluten, pecan waffles, tomorrow morning, with strawberries and maple syrup on top, along with soysage and decaf Ethiopian coffee. Come on down to Austin. I'll set plates for you and your lovely lady!

When I were a lad, lobster fishermen used to regard brown crabs as a nuisance and would virtually give them away. Now, when I can get one, it's reasonably expensive. They are available, but they are usually prepared and "dressed" before sale. I prefer to get the whole crab and prepare it myself.

There were various other breads and pastries that I loved, but never see now. I'm worried I's be disappointed if I did get to try them again. Other than that my diet has remained the same, only now I favour quality over price. I might eat less beef, but more lamb, pork and chicken.
