Sorry, Sea, but the only thing on that list that I would even remotely consider as "food" is the purple potatoes. Everything else is snacks and spices.
If that is indeed the case, then no matter how much you partake of them they won't balance out the blood-pressure-raising foods you eat the rest of the time.
I used to try to eat some recommended foods for for blood pressure, but now I take pills for BP and eat food only for necessity and pleasure. None of these healthy foods unless I like them. I'm on my last leg anyway so it seems foolish for me to do otherwise. But I do recommend it if someone thinks it might help.
You should be able to read the article without signing up for any newsletter. On the list is cayenne, hibiscus, raisins, kiwis, purple potatoes, watermelon, bananas, hawthorn berries and dark chocolate. No pomegranate on this particular list.
