I have a normal sounding voice.
And, I only sing a long w/the radio, which is why I sound quite good.

My son and granddaughter have told me several times that my voice would be good for children’s audiobooks.
They say it’s soft and calming.

It would probably put children to sleep.

Very deep husky sounding, almost gravelly. Singing, they would kick me out of a choir.

I have a somewhat low voice. I've been told I sound "Canadian".

When I hear a recording of my voice, I say "who the hell was that?!?"

Can't sing worth a darn. I sing anyway. I do, however, whistle songs well.

I was offered a job to host a talk show on radio eons ago because of my voice. Not today. Lots of hoarseness due to heavy smoking for years.

Different and changing. I go from a deep woman voice to a much younger higher voice. Maye I'm in elderly post puberty

It is a true southern voice, I did not know until I heard a recording of my voice. I worked in customer service for most of my life. Seems like everyone asked for me because of my accent. LOL They seemed to find it amusing but knew I could solve their issue.

My son even makes fun of me and how I talk. To me it is just normal but to others it sends them into laughter Oh well, there is no changing now.
