I remember when we used to call it "The Educational Channel".

We watch a lot of Masterpiece, This Old House and Ask This Old House, and some of the comedies. We also watch a quiz show called QI.

We watch the NewsHour almost every night, although it's only 35 minutes on the weekends, so NewsHour isn't so. We're watching the Ken Burns Earnest Hemmingway series, which is fascinating. Some of the Frontline episodes are pretty good, and other documentaries. We used to watch This Old House and some how-to programs, but haven't for a while.
