Forgot Squash in the Oven

Until the smoke alarm sounded. Butternut squash cut in chunks and steam baked. When I took the pan out of the oven, I thought it was ruined - the outside of thr pieces were burned and all the water had evaporated. I scooped it out anyway into a bowl and you know what... it was the sweetest, tenderest squash I had even eaten. I guess it was beause it was caramelized.

Your lucky Deb. My French fries, in a microwave bowl, in the oven, came out looking like the corona virus symbol. One big ball with fries sticking out all over the glob.
