I am tired of having to follow up on people or computer issues with businesses etc.
Last week i received a letter saying a reminder to pay my home insurance as they have NOT received my payment ....... i looked at bank and SAME day letter is generated they had cashed my check? So made the call asking what the heck ?
I am tired of getting answers like "well the department that enters data had a delay or something you are all good no problem" ......
NO, There is an issue if I do not trust your data is accurate.
So then this weekend i get a letter from a credit union that says i have NOT used my account so will lose some perks if it is inactive........
so i sent chat.... through CU website (which has numerous flags on it warning of scams) asking what are they talking about i see transactions...... i get a response saying........... "weird i see them too, Oh well probably on list by mistake" ....act like i am an inconvenience to ask questions
I said ....."NO not oh well........ find out where the disconnect is before i have to go back and fix things" ....... i explained easier to do before then after an issue.
In trying to settle an issue a person said they were hiring a licensed person but i had doubts.............. told them to look it up found the person is NOT a licensed contractor and in fact had license suspended years ago ........ the person was Mad at me for showing them the person lied to their face......... how am i the bad guy in that?
