Excuse my nitpickyness, but something caught my eye:
Muscle Beach Party was 1964. The reason I remember is that was my first movie date with my bf...ah, the memories. ;)

I always liked Frankie Avalon and was lucky to have met him. He lived in the same neighborhood as I did and so did Bobby Rydell and Fabian. My sisters boyfriend growing up even played in a band for them. Bobby Rydells Aunt was a friend of my Mothers and he married a girl in my sisters class in high school.

Applecruncher sorry I missed that. I was to busy thinking about Frankie and all those old rock and roll singers and how much we all loved that music. My girlfriend was a fan club president for Dion and the Belmonts in our area. She was obsessed with him. The walls in her bedroom were covered with 8"x10" glossy photos of him.
