Thank you, I haven't heard of that. Will definitely try it. We have a few different cold dessert items made with sweet potatoes, so I think it will be a winner.

This sounds interesting. I wonder though if the sweet potatoes listed have more sugar content then what I can get here at regular grocers in the U.S.?
