Hollydolly: I love that photo. I would love to paint my Villa the same, but the Body Corporate would not allow it. We all need a little colour in our lives to brighten things up.

Most of our properties in Spain are painted white, with added touches of Azule...(Blue)...or lemon....

Body Corporate ?.. is that the same as a Home owners Association ?
