What do you do when you are down in the dumps...or funked out? Mine started last night. Hell, I even got up at 6am this morning and sat outside listening to the morning birds and I normally sleep until 9am. Not depressed..just...blah.

So..how do you pull yourself out of it when it hits you?
 
Generally what I do is go back to bed and/or do 10 laps in the pool,any pool.

I also believe that a 1/2 hour walk,any place,any where is also good for the mind just remember to take deep breaths while walking.
