According to a recent study of 2,000, Gen-Z folk between the ages of 18-34 are more likely to be found tucked up in bed by 9pm rather than tripping the light fantastic in the local disco (tripping the light fantastic! disco! does anyone even say those words anymore???
).
Gen-Z are, apparently, more likely to shun alcohol and use cannabis to help relieve stress. 53% do not brush their teeth before bed and 47% end up dozing in their day clothes while a whopping 68% fall asleep holding on to their mobile phone.
I know studies are subjective and am not citing any of the above as fact but, for the sake of conversation, on the basis of the above, do you have much in common with Gen-Z?
The only habit I can identify with is alcohol, I seldom drink it. I tend to go to bed later, always brush my teeth, always get changed before sleeping, have never used cannabis and I can't remember ever falling asleep clutching my mobile phone so, nope, I have little in common with the 2,000 Gen-Z's who took part in the survey.
What about you?
