Hello all, on this first afternoon of October.
Sunny and clear skies, but a very chilly breeze.
I'm slugging along today, not at my best.
I'm trying a new med, I just started last night. We'll see how that goes.
I got myself out to fill the bird feeder, so that we could enjoy seeing the wild birds, and the feeling of knowing they are finding our treats for them.
I'm preparing notes for my PCP Dr appointment, tomorrow.
I couldn't fit my p.t. session in, this week.
Going for a nap now.
