Very cold here but sunny. Kat you had snow! Glad it wasn't bad.

Kaila, hope you handle your PT well today. How is hubby doing?

Nothing on tap for me today except chores. Got a bit behind so now I must pay the piper.

Husband is having worse problems, this week. 😞 mobility poor, from hip which he fell on. Not broken.

My overdo not having good results either.
I'm trying to take care of only the most important needs for both of us.

I'm taking a short rest before trying to see if we can get him for his lab work today, he doesn't want to miss.

Thinking of each one of you, and very thankful for you.

We did manage to get the labwork yesterday.
Today, I was planning to start with the at-home medical- related procedures of husband's that were missed yesterday, :oops:
but he was far too 😴 sleepy, this morning, and he went back to sleeping for a while... 😴

So instead, I began with 2 of mine that had been missed for a couple of days. 🙄

Then there were dishes and started coffee then breakfasts.

Then on to his other needs. The most important of the ones leftover from yesterday.

I walked the hall a few times, so overall I got plenty of exercise, as I have been waiting each day for a package to be delivered, which usually gets left in the building lobby. I hope it comes tomorrow.

@CallMeKate I'm not at all sure how you do it, but I bet you heard the snoring from here, late this morning, so please note that it was hubby and not me!

And everything tastes better if it is accompanied by a tulip!
Everything on this thread (specifically food) has an extremely inviting place setting, has anyone noticed that trend? :giggle:
Wouldn't it be grand to be served at home in that fashion?🤩🥰

Helping dh to make a soup, that he very much wanted to make today, in between and in addition to, the medical tasks. (And instead of a couple of them; I just can't do it all...)

It's great to see each of you who stop by here, to post and to read and respond, in any and every way.

Taking a rest nap, now, much needed by both of us, here.

If any of you hear snoring this time, it still would be just him and not me, as I don't personally ever snore.😊☺️😂

It's a mild day, and actually raining outdoors, which it must be as well, for all of you who are South of the Northeast, which many of you are. 😉
Though many of you are farther still North of here; Might be snowing by you.

Each of you knows who (and where) you are!😄
 
Hi Kaila :) Sounds like you and your husband are improving.

We are enjoying some sunshine here in the UK, still chilly but, nice weather to get out and about.

I think resting as much as you both can is a good idea. Hopefully, as the days pass, you will both get stronger. xx

Thanks for the affirming of frequent resting, which seems to be mandatory, these days.

I hope that it's possible that we're slowly improving but honestly, I don't know.

But I hope you're right, and thanks for adding in your well wishes. !

I'm clinging to any shreds of humor whenever I find it possible. And learning to vary what I prioritize.

Our health needs fully take up most days, but perhaps something else is more important on some days. Even if it squeezes out, one of those.

No, hand needs surgery I'm sure. I believe the hardware inside from a broken wrist has shifted over the years.

Rained last night and cloudy today.

Grand daughter in law coming down from MA tomorrow with 'His Majesty', my one year old G-grandson for a visit/lunch.

Take things easy and steady, my friend.

I'm sorry to hear that your hand is an ongoing and serious situation though. 😟

Do you have a good hand surgeon and an appointment yet?
I would recommend the one who is seeing husband, but I don't think you'd come this far. 😉🥰

He's not having surgery on his but that's who the referral went to, on his finger , and she seems brilliant.

It's his hip that's been getting worse since the most recent of his falls causing his walking to be very poor, unsteady and apt to cause a next fall. 😟
Seeing a different specialist for that and his shoulder, tomorrow. Finally.

Sounds like a wonderful visit you will be having tomorrow. 🙂
