Thank you for the encouraging words, regarding p.t., etc., and the very appreciated posts,....

And
@RadishRose

Yes, I'm sore, and still exhausted, this Friday afternoon. From yesterday morning's p.t. session.

It's worth it and I'm determined to give it a very good try.

I'm hoping that my overall stamina will improve, because I still need to get to other medical appointments as well;

and I still want to help dear husband with his needs, and there's the needed phone conversations plus the basic household musts.

I hope that all of you are doing well with the challenges in your own days. And your own nights.

Mixture of freezing rain, snow, and chilly rains, expected for all this weekend.

Doesn't sound like Spring, but it is like Spring.πŸ˜„πŸ˜‚πŸ₯°

Oops! Sorry, but perhaps I was just testing it for all the rest of you..... πŸ™„

But I don't remember how much was left ,

when I last saw it..... or smelled it.... or πŸ˜πŸ™„πŸ«£πŸ€πŸ€—β˜ΊοΈ

Nevermind, let's have that coffee now!

But, where was I when I last saw it?
Or smelled it?
Or tasted it?

There was already snow piling up, out my window this morning, before the pharmacy even opened. 😬
I hadn't been able to pick up our scripts yesterday, from my utter exhaustion.

So with correct percentages of caution, determination and fortitude, I ventured outdoors.😊

And found the snow deeper than it appeared from indoors. πŸ˜πŸ™„πŸ«€

Not icy or slippery though, so onward I carefully trekked, to our parking spot.
I managed to clear off snow from the car.

Drove slowly to the bank which was closed due to weather conditions. 😯

Then to the pharmacy, for the necessary meds.

Very happy to also find compression socks for husband, there, in addition!β˜ΊοΈπŸ€©πŸ€—

Got home, filled bird feeder by our window, and managed to eat before napping.

I'm worn out again but glad to have had the stamina for that outing.
Not planning another for 1 or 2 or possibly 3 days.

My stamina is very inconsistent and not reliable but at least I have some, on some of the days.

I wonder if this snow is all rain, a ways South of here.
Husband is happy with his socks. ☺️πŸ₯°

I haven't checked AccuWeather,
but my guess about the forecast for the North pole, following the one above:

Snow possibly Wednesday afternoon through Saturday morning.

You were really productive yesterday! -- I am shamed into mopping the floor. :ROFLMAO:(y)

@Kaila
How often do you have to go for PT? It sounds like you are getting used to pacing yourself πŸ€—

For now, the general plan is to get to P.T., 1 to 2 times weekly,
In addition to the other things I must do.

During last week, I went once. This week, my goal is to go twice.
Then possibly alternate weeks.

Unless one or the other seems significantly better (more effective) than the other. And if my schedule and strength allows it to be possible.

I don't know which will be best, and some weeks have too many other appointments for myself or dh, or both. As well as other stamina challenges.

They are flexible and they understand that I need to meet husband's needs and my other medical needs, as well.

I succeeded in not going for other outings today, after yesterday's exhausting outing;
however, today's at home tasks were very draining, so I am adjusting tomorrow accordingly and will be trying to do less than today,
and hoping that will help me to prioritize a good outing for P.T. on Tuesday.

Does anyone follow all of that?πŸ™ƒπŸ˜πŸ˜„

I haven't worked out this pacing thing, yet. :cool::LOL:
Or not nearly as much as it might have seemed. :giggle:☺️😁πŸ₯°

My important agenda item this morning is to hand wash some socks. 😊😁

They are soaking in hot soapy water while I eat breakfast and write this.

Believe me those socks weren't high on the priority list but now, they are!!!

I helped husband just a little, then moved on to socks. πŸ˜‚

Taxes, I don't usually leave for April, but the medical and daily tasks pushed them out, so far, this time.
And socks have pushed them out today. πŸ˜†β˜ΊοΈ

I also had an urgent phone call to make regarding medical bills, today, so that also had to come before taxes.

And today's biggest goal is to do less , and relax and rest more, so I can get to p.t. tomorrow and have a good session there.

Foggy and gray and rainy and gloomy, out my window, but the local wild birds are active.... goldfinches, nuthatches, chickadee, woodpeckers...... and squirrels...πŸ˜„

And those tulips are growing quickly. πŸ€©πŸ˜€β˜ΊοΈ

Kaila, don’t forget that afternoon powernap to recharge.

Do you have a plunger to help with your handwashing socks. A friend gave me a little one from the Dollar store, maybe 12” high, and it makes agitating the clothes easIer. I wouldn’t want to depend on one of these for the original purpose. πŸ˜‚

Good Morning, Kaila! April means spring time to me. Though I know, I have lived through many April snowstorms here in NY. Yesterday was pretty nice and I was able to have my windows open. I hope you have a good day. Sending love & hugs to you & your hubby!
