Gentle posts for gentle folks

@Kaila Did they already give you a time when they will take you to the rehab facility on Monday?
No, they don't seem to know much about timing, here, of Dr visits, p.t.,o.t., etc etc....

However one said I would be At the new place, In the afternoon.

You wait and wonder a lot, around here, until someone suddenly enters the room, saying something is Happening, Right Now.

You then wait another hour or 2,:oops::rolleyes:

Well, you see where this is going. ....

I will definitely be sleeping there, at the rehab, Monday night.

Thank you for your interest and caring, Rossana and all others who are reading these posts. 🤗🤩:giggle:

I've spent my last 4 nights of hospital weeks , in this teeny tiny room, that is amazing that they've made to function.

It's been an okay but stressful floor for me, so I guess it's time, despite feeling nervous as I am;

To leave hospital, tomorrow,
and find myself an inpatient for the first time, by tomorrow night,
at a rehab place that seems less like rehab, and more like a nursing home.

I hope it's not too difficult an environment for me to attempt to further recover, from the past 3 weeks of difficulties. And from the past 6 months of struggling to manage at home in my apartment.

So much unknown lies ahead in the next few weeks.

A part of my story that's yet to be written. Pages of a book that are yet to be turned.
Experiences that are yet to be shared,
With my friends here at SF,
Who have quickly become even more treasured than before.

My heartfelt Thank you, to each one of you.

Your joining me on this journey means more to me than you could know.

Thank you, again.
See you tomorrow or the next day.

You'll be ok...you are stronger than you may think! We will all be here to cheer you on, as you continue to overcome your obstacles! 😘

We're here to ride to rehab with you, Kaila... incognito, of course. No one will even know we're there.

Thank you, my friend.
It's 7am, on Monday and I'm very nervousnow.
Tears running down my face.

Small acts of kindness... which I've given, my whole life, I need them now,

And as they always do,
small things make a huge difference.

But I will!!!!!!!
Thank you
Very much!

I need the caring and the companionship.

There's no friend or family person, to be with me aat any point of this transition, today, which makes it harder, I think.
I feel scared....

All of the posts here, are helping me.

Good Morning, Kaila! I will be praying for you to have a smooth transition to the rehab. Just do what you have to do in rehab and you will be home again. Lots of people where I live go to the hospital and then to rehab and then come home. Keep thinking positive!

Thank you, katlupe.
My apartment has some difficult parts, that make it unknown, too.
And I need to try to gain more strength in a shorter time, that I've ever been able to do and then, to maintain, which is my even harder thing.
Your encouragement helps. And that vision that people often come home.
🥰

I love the picture. I've wished I could have that sort of dog, but I can't walk them outdoors, etc.
I love my kitty, but it's become hard for me to take care of her, too.

Kaila... don't cry dear lady... you're not on your own, not only do you have your own country folks riding with you.. you have the support of many on the other side of the world. Not many people can say that..so shoulders back , and be empowered by knowing that. (y)

Good luck for today and the rehab centre...we'll hear from you once you get there and are settled in....

I don't know, yet, even now,

which rehab I'm going to, today!
Gosh!

Or what time of day.

:oops::rolleyes:
