Good morning, everyone. Just to keep you updated, Rocco is much better, he's been here 3 hours now and hasn't coughed once, and apparently had a good cough free night too. We've had a little walk and now he's doing his favourite thing... sleeping.

I was wondering about Rocco's cough; I'm glad you gave us the update.

Good morning, friends!

I had a quite difficult day yesterday, which was disappointing after that short uplift feeling I'd had, the previous afternoon.

However, I'm glad I experienced that feeling, and I know what is like now, and can hope for it to happen again.

I'm also glad that I shared about that good feeling, here, with all of you. Even though it was transient.

This morning, I am up out of bed and moving, and am getting ready to go to p.t.


Blue sky, and sunny, here too, and milder temps for 2 days, they say.
A nice little break from winter!

Sorry it was only a short uplifting feeling you had @Kaila but I will keep my fingers crossed that you experience it again very soon.

Pleased that you are also having a little respite from winter! Hope this means that Spring will soon be with you. I don't mean to rub salt into the wound... honestly... but where I live, we really have had a mild winter and Spring is definitely on its way, my daffodil bulbs and other bulbs (no idea what they are ) are coming through nicely. The daffs look about ready to burst into flower any day. Just a pity that my yard is a bit of a mess. It's only a small concreted area but there's a few bits and pieces that need to be removed, old shelves and unit. I really must get in touch with someone who will take them to the tip for me.

Rocco has had another short walk, eaten his dinner and is back asleep again. What a life.

Good Afternoon, Kaila and Friends.

I am at the part of my day where I've finished most of my self-imposed mandatories and can coast now. Husband is off and napping. We will watch a hockey game later.

Boyfriend is away, as I mentioned, and we are keeping in touch with the occasional text. I hate it when he's away, I admit; it messes with the rhythm of my days. And I just miss his company.

Husband bought some very nice Italian-style chicken breasts and I'm going to have that with veggies for dinner. And a fun-sized candy bar, of course.

@Kaila, sorry to hear about your difficult day yesterday, but glad you're up and going to physical therapy today. You're tough, girl.

@Pam, so glad to learn that Rocco is feeling better! We are seeing signs of the daffodils and tulips just emerging here too.

Forgot to mention above that I've been binge listening to the "Let's Not Meet" podcast. It's a podcast filled with listener-submitted stories about creepy encounters with others. It's not good for my psyche, I know, but I'm having trouble pulling myself away.

It's such a wonderful aspect of this thread, how each one of us, is accepted and accepting, on both good days and bad.

Your daffodils sound wonderful!
The crocus come first here, and then daffodils, late April or so.
I'm beginning to look forward to them!

Right now there is snow up to my knees or higher, where they are located.

I hope that someone helps you to clear up your little corner, so you can enjoy it more.

I did have a better day today. Whew!

P.t. was very helpful.

I lightly bounced on a tiny round trampoline.... while tossing a ball, at the wall. I'm very talented.
Some of those times, I managed to catch it when it came back toward me.

I hate to admit that my physical therapist had to run after it, when I didn't.
