Good morning @Kaila and co. Been for a walk with Rocco, a much better day today, the wind has finally died down and the sun is shining.

Pleased your water therapy went well @Kaila.

Thought you might like to see the solar 'turtle' my grandson bought for me. I love it. The photo doesn't do it justice really, the colours are lovely. I should try and take a photo when it's lit up in the evening.

Hi Kaila & Friends! I'm cranky today. Hehe Not really, but it's my tax day. Ugh. I've never let it go until April, so I had to stop procrastinating. In the meantime I saw this on my social media feed and thought it was funny.

Good Afternoon, Kaila and Friends.

It's a good day, so far, following a night improved over the previous. To wit: I didn't have nightmares last night, but had instead a steamy dream. Hey, I'll take it.

I'm completely back on schedule now with my affirmations and meditations so, I expect my nervous system will be calming a bit over the coming days and weeks.

@Pam, I love your cheery solar turtle.

@CallMeKate, you're not alone; we've left our taxes late this year also. :/

@Kaila, hope you're doing well today and feeling alright. TAY

getting ready to go to work again. didn't sleep very good though. my electric can opener arrived this morning and hopefully thursday i can install the ring doorbell and the under the cabinet jar opener. i gotta buy a drill first.

They have to be thirsty.... Seriously, the past week or so we've had sufficient rain to keep them watered but if needed then yes, my grandson or son would do it for me.

p.s. I'd join you in the water therapy, I used to love swimming but I'm not a pretty sight in a swimsuit these days.

Most are Not wearing regular bathing suits in this small aquatic therapy pool.

The physical therapists seem to be wearing a variety of types of athletic wear.
My suit is not a regular suit. It's easier to get changed in and out, and covers more;

So it's not a regular pool, and not regular suits..... and not regular pool swimming.

Not regular swimmers.

It's larger than those hot tub variations, though!
Enough space for 2 patients, each with 1 or 2 therapists, and doing movements in the water.
The therapists make sure you don't bump into the other patient or a therapist .

It's very challenging work, but holds some possible benefits, that i want to try for.
Extremely exhausted. Still today.
Can't schedule things before or the day after!

I assume would be for spotting earthworms, that come up to the surface of the mud , during our mud season, here;

Because I surely do not want to step on them.

I’m currently watching a Disney movie about swimming. It’s a true to life movie about the first woman to successfully swim the English Channel.
