Oh, I am always up for chocolate! Nice of you to share, Rossana.I'll share my chocolate with all of you.

Oh, Kaila, that sounds miserable. The pool therapy session was actually too difficult for me, today.which was discouraging.
Then in addition;
Just as i was getting out of the water, their building fire alarms went off.![]()
We had to evacuate.... wait... what?
It was Very cold out, and I was dripping wet, head to toe...
Not a good day, for me.

Yes, I needed to be herded outdoors as quickly as possible, which was extremely difficult, despite there was no fire. What happened? Did you go outside?
It is scary when the fire alarm goes off here. Thank goodness I have never had to evacuate. I always wonder what to do if it goes off and I am in the shower. Not going out naked that is for sure!![]()

Patty, I meant to mention on your "Nice Walk" thread that I'm sorry to learn of your father-in-law's accident. :/ Yeesh, evening sleeping gets hazardous as we age.To Kaila and friends
It’s a cool but bright sunny day today.
It’s only 2 degrees Celsius but we went for a good walk.
Last night my father in law rolled out of bed and fell on the floor, splitting to his open. This happened at the nursing home so they called the ambulance. He had stitches and was brought back by my brother in law who lives only 5 miles away. He now has railings on his bed to prevent him from falling out.
I hope you warmed up from yesterday’s fire drill @Kaila. Did you have a lovely bedtime?
Anyway,…. It is Wednesday and I hope you ALL have a lovely day today. Here’s a cup of coffee for you all.

Thanks Medusa. It’s his second time going into the hospital. The first time his blood pressure was 275 over something.Patty, I meant to mention on your "Nice Walk" thread that I'm sorry to learn of your father-in-law's accident. :/ Yeesh, evening sleeping gets hazardous as we age.
That's really good news. I can see why you'd be happy for him and relieved he's safe and in a place he's enjoying. Thanks Medusa. It’s his second time going into the hospital. The first time his blood pressure was 275 over something.
Luckily he really likes the nursng home..
He’s playing darts, walking the halls and stopping to talk to everyone he meets..He says he’s met at least 80% of the people there. He sings with the church group when they come by. I’m really glad he’s enjoying his new place of residence. He was supposed to get his own room but he’s liking his roommate so will probably stay where he is. They serve 3 meals a day and 3 snacks. He says he enjoys the food. Most of it is homemade.
Anyway he’s doing well. He just got some stitches. He’ll be fine. Thanks for your concern.
I was going to say how sorry I am that he fell, and of course i still am sorry that happened. Thanks Medusa. It’s his second time going into the hospital. The first time his blood pressure was 275 over something.
