@Pam - That’s funny about Rocco. The dog whisperer connoisseur. Haha! I would love to have seen that. The dog behaviour says it all.

@Medusa - I’m glad your husband gets you. It’s great to have that type of a connection. Glad you got all the things you wanted.

It's a warm day and Lucius has enjoyed the two walks we've taken.

@Kaila, glad your aquatic therapy went well today! It sounds like you have some good therapists, who are paying attention, working with you. That's great because I know you were enjoying aquatic therapy until the terrible incident (which shall not be further described) happened. Good news. 🤗

@Pam, I meant to respond to your kind inquiry about husband's back, earlier; sorry I missed doing that. He's doing much better, thank you and it turns out it wasn't as bad as he'd anticipated. So I get to enjoy him at home without him enduring too much discomfort. 😊

---I love that Rocco listens to you the way he does. He obviously respects and loves you. ♥️ As you may be aware, West Ham just cannot catch a break and things are not looking good. :/ Still, it's not over till it's over. Congrats on Man United's solid placement! ⚽

Oh, I was going to reassure you that i too, had to enlarge it, but i was so highly motivated and focused on finding out what it said, that i did it unconsciously.

Yes, I am relieved that they modified the treatment plan, so i can continue to hope that the water therapy might help me.

I think that's partially what I thought I'd posted.
I got suddenly very exhausted and hungry and cold, at 1 point this afternoon.
That might have been when I forgot what I was thinking.

I had thought of your prep starting. Is that today?
 
Well, that's the snooker finished. It has been a great championship, really enjoyed it. 21 year old Wu Yize won, it went down to the final frame, very close match but I am so pleased that he won. Normal service now resumed, don't think there's any televised tournaments for a little while. lol

Love the tulips, daffs and birds @Kaila. All very colourful. Good news that your water therapy was a little better for you. 🤗

@Medusa, yes I saw that the Hammers are back in relegation zone...I will continue to keep fingers and toes crossed for them. Pleased your husband's back isn't as bad as first thought.

Thinking of you @PeppermintPatty getting ready for tomorrow. 🤗

Well, that was handy... I had a grocery delivery due between 9 and 10. It's just been delivered and everything put away before Rocco gets here. lol

Thank you Pam. Yes I’m getting ready for tomorrow’s procedure. I didn’t sleep much last night and probably won’t sleep too much for tonight. I’m a bit scared but the chances of me getting hurt are slim to none. I’m wondering if I should skip my walk today.
